The certificate

Develops basic office communication skills, including writing, formatting and maintaining business documents and websites. The certificate also provides an understanding of business organization and practices, and includes extensive hands-on experience with manual and computerized bookkeeping, spreadsheet, database, and word-processing software, and web design programming.
