Spring 2018 priority registration for returning students began October 31, 2017. Once you’ve registered for classes you should receive a bill by mail within 4-7 days after registration. Check your MyGCC account to view and print your bill sooner.
Due to GCC weather closing on Friday, August 5, the Spring 2018 bill due date has been extended through 1/8/18. For any classes added after that date, including late starting classes that don’t meet for the entire term, charges are due immediately. Please pay your bill on time.
Remember, if you are considering dropping a class, exchanging (dropping one class and adding another) classes, or if you wish to withdraw from classes altogether, it is very important that you thoroughly read our refund policy to learn when you will be entitled to a reduction in charges or a refund of any payments made. Our refund policies are also stated on the reverse of all hard-copy bills we send you or on page two of the electronic version of your bill.
FALL 2017 BILLS WERE DUE 8/7/17. For any classes added after that date, including late starting classes that do not meet for the entire term, charges are due immediately. If your fall 2017 account is past due a hold on your account will prevent you from registering for spring 2018 classes and you will not be able to obtain any additional services such as academic transcripts until your account is paid in full. Regular collection procedures will apply on all PAST DUE accounts.
