The department’s newest adjunct, Scott holds an MBA with degrees in both Science and Business (finance, accounting, and hospitality), and teaches a variety of business courses. He came to GCC from Boston, where he was an Administrative Coordinator for the Boston Department of Public Health.
He was also a jockey at Pineywoods Downs and a Thoroughbred Horse trainer for over 10 years. A transplant from Lafayette in the heart of Louisiana’s Cajun Country, he constantly has a pot of Gumbo on the stove....
