Admission forms
These are required in addition to the regular GCC admission application.
Admission to the ADN Program
Applications for the fall 2009 ADN Program will only be accepted between September 10, 2008 and February 23, 2009. The deadline for official transcripts from other colleges is January 30, 2009.
You are strongly encouraged to submit your completed ADN Program Application as soon as possible on or after September 10, 2008. (Additional admission requirements are included in the full program application.) Documentation for all requirements must be on file at the time you submit your application or it will be returned to you. Applications that are returned may be resubmitted upon completion, but no later than the application deadline.
Any additional support courses in progress during the fall 2008 semester at GCC will be added to your application upon completion. Additional support courses in progress at other colleges will be considered only if an official transcript with final grades is received by the January 30, 2009 transcript deadline (see requirement #6).
If you have ever attended GCC, you must have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 to be eligible to apply to the ADN Program.
