You may contact the Program Director to schedule an individual meeting, OR attend an open meeting to:
- Turn in your experience verification form
- Submit copies of your EMT/CPR cards
- Take the EMT entrance test
- Ask more questions
- Submit your Paramedic Admission Requirements Form (if placement testing has been completed)

BRING WITH YOU:
- Your current state or national EMT card
- Your current CPR card
- Your signed experience verification form
- Your Paramedic Admission Requirements form
- A pen or pencil with which to take your 100 question EMT entrance exam
