The Government and Community Relations Office is responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with government agencies, legislators, school districts, and community organizations throughout the college service area.
Government relations: the office works with agencies, departments, and elected officials at the federal, state, and local levels of government. Community relations: GCC builds on existing partnerships and seeks to build new partnerships with our local school districts, public safety agencies, businesses, chambers of commerce, cultural arts organizations, transportation agencies, hospitals, utilities, environmental groups, service providers, and many other types of non-profits and community based organizations in the region.
