Disability Services is available to provide assistance to students and visitors to campus with disabilities who feel that they may be experiencing discrimination or barriers to access. Often times problems are a result of a misunderstanding that Disability Services can help resolve. Students and visitors are welcome to contact Disability Services if they are having difficulties or have complaints. GCC follows the Massachusetts Community Colleges Policy on Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity & Diversity Complaint Procedure to resolve grievances; please refer to this document for a comprehensive guide to this process. Visitors to campus should follow the guidelines for employee Complainants. Formal complaints should be filed on an Affirmative Action Discrimination Complaint Form, and submitted to the Director of Human Resources, who is the Affirmative Action Officer.
