Q: Who do I call if I have equipment problems in my classroom?
A: Contact us at our service line at ext 1842. ETC staff will come to your classroom and check equipment. We will do our best to come immediately or help you over the phone. Often there is a simple fix. If there is an “operator-error” we can set up a time to help you become more familiar with the equipment.
Q: How do I get new equipment for my classroom?
A: Each year deans and the Technology Advisory Committee accept requests for new equipment. Your first step is to contact your dean.
Q: How do I find out what equipment is in my classroom?
A: Check this website for our A/V equipment database. You can browse by room or search by technology feature (e.g., Smartboard).
