Faculty salaries at lowest year to year change in 50 years

Several news reports and in the NY Times identified that the average salary of a full-time faculty member in 2009-10 is only 1.2 percent higher than it was a year ago, the lowest year-to-year change in the 50 years that salary data have been collected by the American Association of University Professors.  See full report…
