Materials available with a GCC Library Card

With a GCC Library Card, you can request circulating materials online from any library in the C/W MARS network. To get items as quickly as possible, search in the following order:

1. Search the GCC Library Catalog.
2. No luck? Search the combined catalog for all C/W MARS libraries in Western Massachusetts.
3. Still no luck? Search the combined catalog for all C/W MARS libraries in Central Massachusetts.
4. Still no luck? Search the Massachusetts Virtual Catalog, which lists the holdings for a large group of libraries in Massachusetts.
5. No luck anywhere in Massachusetts? GCC students, faculty, and staff may order items through Interlibrary Loan. If you are not affiliated with GCC, request the item through your public library.

Other local college library catalogs

Materials that are not available at GCC or other C/W MARS libraries may be available at local colleges that are not part of the C/W MARS library network. You must use Interlibrary Loan or visit the college in person to access their materials.

You may search for materials that interest you using any library catalog. Then use Interlibrary Loan to request the items you want to borrow.
