Payment options & financial aid

The Greenfield Community College Bookstore accepts cash, personal checks, traveler checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept third party purchase orders from outside agencies and allow students to charge their books and supplies on their financial aid accounts (set up in advance by the financial aid office on campus).

We require a photo ID for any financial aid or other third-party charge accounts. We will accept a valid GCC ID, driver's license, military ID or passport.

There is a $10 fee for any personal checks returned by the bank.

Collection Charges

Students with unpaid balances at the end of each semester will be referred to the College's collection agencies for further action. Additional collection costs of up to 25% of the balance due will be the student's responsibility to pay.
