Bookstore staff
The Greenfield Community College Bookstore staff is a small committed group.
We encourage you to stop by for a visit, feel free to call if you want to be
sure that the person you need to see will be available. If you are not sure who
you need to see, here is a bit about us:
Shannon Larange is our textbook buyer. She brings to her job 6 years of college administrative experience. She handles all the purchasing related to textbooks, reference books, leisure reading and software. In addition, Shannon works closely with our used textbook wholesalers that come on campus throughout the year to buy back students textbooks. Shannon can be reached at (413)775-1192 or e-mailed at larange@gcc.mass.edu.
Alecia Bardwell is the Store Manager. She has worked in the College Store for 14 years. Alecia oversees the bookstore's management as well as hiring, purchasing and general accounting and reporting functions. Alecia is also an active board member of the New England Buying Consortium. You can reach Alecia by e-mail at bardwell@gcc.mass.edu or by phone at (413)775-1191.
Rebecca Devino-Shaw is our Supplies Buyer. She is probably the one who will greet you at the register, assist you with a financial aid bookstore account, student deposit or other third party billing. She keeps the store well stocked with all your favorite soft drinks, snacks, candy, coffee and gum and is the buyer for school & office supplies, clothing and other general merchandise. In addition to her clerical duties, she is always willing to help students find exactly what they need and provides service with a smile. Rebecca can be reached at (413) 775-1193 or devinoshawr@gcc.mass.edu.
Seasonal Employees In addition to our three full time employees, the store hires seasonal help during the fall and spring 2-3 week book rush periods. These are the staff that hand pick student's books, ring sales transactions, direct students and provide customer service to our current enrollment of over 2,300 students. These employees play a very critical part in delivering services during a period when we need additional support.
