GCC "People on the Move"

Sean Flynn joins the staff of Greenfield Community College as evening and weekend librarian. Flynn has previously worked at the New York Public Library, Queens Library, and the Collier County Library in Naples, Fla. He holds a B.A. in social sciences from Hofstra University and a master's degree in library science from SUNY/Albany. "I like GCC students,” says Flynn, "because they come from all walks of life and every age group, and that makes for a very interesting library experience.” Flynn helps students and members of the community find whatever they're looking for. "We have agreements with libraries everywhere,” he says, "so we can go to the ends of the earth to find the materials they seek, and sometimes that's what it comes to.”
