- Acute illness evaluation and treatment
- Immunizations and tuberculosis screening to meet MDPH requirements for college students
- Health and wellness events and programs

Limited laboratory testing is available on campus, e.g., urinalysis,
pregnancy tests, strep tests, and microscopy.
Other lab work, X-rays, etc. can be ordered as appropriate at an outside lab. Students
are responsible for covering the costs of these tests through their insurance
or direct payment to the hospital or lab.
Students who are insured under an HMO plan may need to see their primary care
provider in order for their insurance to pay for any lab tests, X-rays or prescriptions.
Health Services sponsors a number of health education and wellness events,
often in cooperation with GCC and community programs.
