2. Assisting in the development of job descriptions, posting all vacancies on HR website, and placing all recruitment advertisements.
3. Assisting and advising search committees with developing recruitment strategies, insuring the recruitment meets affirmative action commitments.
4. Advising search committees on reference checking and overseeing all background checks.
5. Developing and facilitating new hire orientation programs.
6. Managing temporary staffing agency employee placements and monitoring uses of agencies, insuring quality and compliance with policies.
