Reporting Crimes and Emergencies:
The Public Safety Office is the central receiving point for all Public Safety-related communications. All police, fire, or medical emergency calls should be directed to Extension 1111. All other Public Safety concerns or non-emergency police matters should be reported by calling extension 1212 or 413-775-1212. Calls are answered 24 hours every day by trained telecommunications, dispatch or security staff.
Helpful Hint: Lost and Found is located in the Public Safety Office. The Downtown Center maintains its own Lost & Found in the Office of Community Education.
