Register for testing
You can schedule an appointment for testing by calling 775-1147, emailing testing@gcc.mass.edu with your top 3 choices of dates and times, or completing the form below. Testing Center staff will get back to you to confirm available dates and times. (Register here for GED testing.)
If you suspect that you may need to do some skill building courses, please be sure to complete your application process and schedule your CPT in time to register and possibly to retest for those courses. About one quarter of our students choose to retake part or all of the tests.
If you have taken ANY college courses before, please send us a transcript and test scores so we can determine if you need testing. (English classes/scores are good forever. Math scores/classes are only valid for 5 years.)

- If you do not have a high school diploma or GED, you may still be eligible to attend GCC and receive financial aid if you can pass an Ability to Benefit (ATB) test.
