Conference at the Peace Abbey in Sherborn, MA
Students attend an annual conference at the Peace Abbey a tradition started in October, 2006. After very inspiring workshops, we walk the grounds and soak in the peaceful energy. We have participated in the Stone Walk, three miles from the Peace Abbey and back, honoring all those killed in war; we meet other students of peace from other schools, and have time to visit the sanctuary, farm and museum. This years conference is on April 16, 2011: Creating Cultures of Peace: Local Initiatives.
