Presenters: Scott Herstad and Cindy Snow. This is a repeat of a very successful 3 half-day workshop developed and presented last year by Scott and Mary Ellen Kelly. Faculty feedback indicated that participants liked the structure—three mornings allowing time to really work on an assignment with guidance from facilitators and colleagues.
