Our curriculum combines hands-on training in classical Swedish massage and applied therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point, hydrotherapy, pregnancy and other modalities for treatment planning and therapeutic change.
Clinical experience and specialized study in physiology, pathology, musculo-skeletal anatomy, movement principles, and entrepreneurship complete the educational requirements of the program.
This foundation of courses, culminating in GCC's Massage Therapy Certificate, may also be used towards a GCC asoociate's degree in Liberal Arts/Healing Arts or in Health Science.
