Upcoming meetings
All meetings take place at Building 25 at the VA Medical Center in Leeds.
Attendance at an informational meeting is highly recommended but not required for admission to this program. Meetings are a great source of information about your chosen program and profession including class schedule information, faculty expectations, clinical and field experience insights, and career options, as well as a chance to meet your future Program Director or Coordinator.
The PNC Program Application and Health Requirements Form are required in addition to an application for admission to GCC, available from the Office of Admission.
If you are interested in applying to the PNC Program, please download each of the following documents:
- Information packet - Admission and program overview, including requirements which must be completed before applying to the program
- Practical Nursing Certificate Program Application - Must be submitted when all application requirements are met in order to be considered for the PNC Program
- Practical Nursing Certificate Health Form
- Practical Nursing Certificate Immunization Form - Must be submitted as part of the application to the PNC program

Attending an information meeting is also highly recommended. Information meetings are held regularly at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center and are the recommended first step in the admission process.
