Programs

The Personal Safety Escort Program provides a personal safety escort for persons walking from the building to their vehicles. The escort service is available day or night whenever students, faculty, or staff wish to ensure their safety in response to a specific situation (for example, a current restraining/no contact order that is in effect in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 208 or 209A).

Student orientation about crime prevention in the campus environment is addressed through brochures and other printed materials made available at the Public Safety Office.

Crime prevention presentations are available through the Public Safety Office. Contact the director of Public Safety at extension 1212 for further information.

Parking lot security measures include well maintained lighting, security patrols, and a personal escort service for requesting individuals. In addition, a Public Safety callbox is located central to parking lots A through F.

Security and fire alarm systems extend throughout campus.
