Information Tables & Room Reservations

Student clubs and  campus offices or departments may reserve tables in the Main Lobby of the GCC Core through the facilities use calendar in MyGCC. Information tables can be used to promote awareness of campus events, recruit membership, and provide informational resources to students. Information tables cannot be used in any way that violates GCC’s Solicitation Policy.  Recognized clubs are allowed to conduct fundraising activities so long as the appropriate procedures have been followed; contact the Office of Student Activities & Community Service for more details.

Military recruiters wishing to reserve a table in the GCC Main Lobby should email Laura Earl (

Non-GCC groups (i.e., career recruiters, employers, non-profits, etc…) wishing to reserve tables should contact Ryan Aiken ( to make arrangements.

College recruiters wishing to reserve tables should contact Kathleen Maisto ( to make arrangements.

Information tables are located in the Main Lobby of the Core, adjacent to the food services area. Tables cannot be moved from their location and should not block egress routes. A set-up of one six foot table and two chairs will be provided for you. Power and data outlets are not available. Visitors may park in Lots A-E without registering with Public Safety.
