Placement into ENG 101 (English Composition I: Expository Writing) if GED ELA (English Language Arts) score is 165 or higher OR if HiSET Reading and Writing scores are 15 or higher.

Placement into any Math Gateway course: MAT 117 (Mathematical Problem Solving in Liberal Arts), MAT 120 (Mathematical Problem Solving for STEM, Business and Healthcare, MAT 107 (College Algebra), MAT 114 (Introduction to Statistics), or MAT 116 (Mathematics for Early Childhood and Elementary Educators) if GED Mathematics Reasoning score is 165 or higher (not currently accepting HiSET scores for mathematics placement).
