Posted on Wednesday May 29th 2013

Building an Airtight House

Tuesdays, 5:30-8:30 pm, 11/18 & 11/25 (2 sessions)
Location: Downtown Center
Instructor: Mark Newey

Do you know how to design, plan, and build for air tightness? Building codes are requiring tighter and tighter standards and if you prevent air leaks while building rather than trying to fix them later, you can save time and money and build better houses. This workshop will teach you how to identify potential air leakage problem areas and manage the construction process to ensure your building meets code or program requirements for air tightness.
