Provides students interested in farm and food systems with an awareness of the business skills necessary to run their businesses successfully. Students examine the social and ethical values common to both successful business operations and sustainable farm systems. This course is for students with interests in farms, restaurants, food production, systems planning, and entrepreneurship. This is the credit-free offering of BUS 114.
