Effective beginning October 1, 2001, the Mass. Food Establishment Program Regulation 105CMR 590.003(A)(2) requires food establishments to have one person-in-charge who is a certified food protection manager.

Become a Certified Food Protection Manager or renew your current certification with this national training program.

The intensive 9-hour training will prepare you for and give the exam that is required for MA State Certification. Get updated on food manager responsibilities and insure that the food you are serving is safe for the public. The cost includes reference text and exam and the MA Food Allergen Certification will also be provided.
