ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager

Effective beginning October 1, 2001, the Mass. Food Establishment Program Regulation 105CMR 590.003(A)(2) requires food establishments to have one person-in-charge who is a certified food protection manager.

This nine-hour ServSafe™ training will prepare for and give the exam that is required for certification.

Get updated on food manager responsibilities and meet the requirements of this state regulation.

The cost includes reference text and exam and the MA Food Allergen Certification will also be provided.
