ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager

Mondays, 6:00-9:00 pm, 7/14, 7/21 & 7/28 (3 sessions) Location: GCC Main Campus, East Building E148

Effective beginning October 1, 2001, the Mass. Food Establishment Program Regulation 105CMR 590.003(A)(2) requires food establishments to have one person-in-charge who is a certified food protection manager.

This nine-hour ServSafe™ training will prepare for and give the exam that is required for certification.
