Technical Support<\/h2>\n

Information Technology staff are available to assist with all your technology support needs during regular business hours (weekdays 8:30am-4:30 pm). All requests for support can be emailed to helpdesk@gcc.mass.edu<\/a>. If you teach in the evening and\u00a0your assigned classroom is having IT equipment difficulties, the following rooms are reserved as\u00a0<\/span>backup rooms for Fall 2025 for Monday - Thursday evenings,<\/span><\/b> if needed: E141, N404, S338.<\/span><\/p>\n

Classroom Technology and Audio-Visual Support<\/h2>\n

Staff provide service and support for SMARTboards or Cleartouch units, classroom projection and sound equipment during weekday business hours. For assistance, send an email to helpdesk@gcc.mass.edu<\/a> or call (413) 775-1842<\/p>\n

Classroom computer teaching stations are set up differently in different classrooms. The way the computer monitor links to the projector, the way sound or video is adjusted, and the login may vary. Best practice is to test your classroom before the first day of classes and contact technical support if there is a problem. helpdesk@gcc.mass.edu<\/a> or call x1842.<\/p>\n

Teaching & Learning Innovation Center (TLIC)<\/h2>\n
