Coaches, advising staff and support services are here to help you navigate every part of coming back to school, at your pace, on your terms. Whether you stepped away for a year or several, we\u2019re excited to help you restart your academic journey and move closer to your goals.<\/p>\n<p><em>If you are returning after less than a year away from GCC, you do not have to reapply and the following steps do not apply to you; contact your advisor or the <a href=\"\/advising\/\">Advising Center<\/a> to determine what steps you need to take.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Your First Steps Back to GCC<\/h2>\n<div class=\"su-accordion su-u-trim gcc\"><div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-default su-spoiler-icon-plus\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>1. Apply for Readmission<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p>If you\u2019ve been away for a calendar year or more and left <em>in good academic standing<\/em>, complete the free application for readmission and submit additional documentation if applicable.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/connect.gcc.mass.edu\/apply\" class=\"gccbutton\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Apply Online <i class=\"fa-regular fa-arrow-up-right-from-square\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Submit your official high school (or equivalent) transcript or equivalent to <a href=\"mailto:admission@gcc.mass.edu\">admission@gcc.mass.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Attended another college since GCC? Have your official transcripts sent electronically to <a href=\"mailto:admission@gcc.mass.edu\">admission@gcc.mass.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you left GCC on academic warning, academic probation, or were academically suspended or dismissed, please contact Carter McClintock, <a href=\"mailto:mcclintock@gcc.mass.edu\">mcclintock@gcc.mass.edu<\/a>.
