How to enroll
Current GCC students can register for classes through MyGCC with an advising PIN, or by contacting your advisor or the Advising Center.
Students new to GCC should follow our steps to enroll. (You may need to complete placement testing, or show proof that you have met class pre-requisites.)
In most cases, if you just want to take a class but don't need financial aid and don't plan to complete a degree or certificate at GCC, you can complete and submit a registration form to sign up for classes.
Make note of the class subject code, number, section and CRN before filling out your registration form.
What about the weather?
We know, January in New England can be unpredictable.
If your class is cancelled because of inclement weather, a notice will be posted on the GCC website and our weather hotline will be updated at (413) 775-1010.
Students can also sign up for text alerts at wwlp.com (search for "Greenfield Community College" in the WWLPCLOSINGS field).
If your instructor cancels a class for any other reason, you can sign up for text alerts in your MyGCC account.
