Meet author, inspirational speaker, and sought after body-energy expert Joseph Cardillo, Ph.D. to find out how easily and naturally you can tap your body’s full energy spectrum. Modeled on his nationally bestselling book, Body Intelligence: Harness Your Body’s Energies for Your Best Life, Dr. Cardillo combines Western science, technology, psychology, and holistic wellness to show how to eliminate daily energy drains and increase your energy gains. He appears as an energy management expert for Football Hall of Famer Michael Strahan in his new book Wake Up Happy. Copies of Dr. Cardillo’s book will be available for autographing at the event.

Joseph Cardillo, Ph.D., is an inspirational speaker, sought after expert on energy teaching, and national leader in holistic healthcare. He is the best-selling author of several books in the fields of health, mind-body-spirit, and psychology.
