Borderland: The Line Within

In recognition of Hispanic/Latine Heritage Month join the Office of Institutional Mission, Culture and Climate for a screening of the documentary Borderland: The Line Within which reveals how the U.S. immigration enforcement apparatus has evolved into a “border industrial complex,” exploiting vulnerabilities in immigrant communities for profit. The film interweaves first-person narratives of immigrants resisting deportation with data-driven analysis to show the human and systemic costs of migration policy.
