Technology Fundamentals for Seniors: Cell Phones

Since the release of the Apple iPhone, smartphones have exploded in popularity, with over 250 million cell phones in use in the United States alone. These devices have become incredibly complex and nuanced. This workshop is aimed at providing the fundamental concepts for smart phone usage; focusing primarily on navigation, privacy, and camera apps such as Facetime and Skype. The discussion will include not only the iPhone, but Android phones such as the Samsung Galaxy and others. Time will be allotted for general questions and concerns that are not covered during the first part of the workshop.
