Fully online courses must be available to students by 8:00am on the first day of classes in any given term. If Moodle is being used to support a face-to-face class, consider informing students of when the course will be available in your first communications with the class. Students assume that every class has a Moodle component to it and if they do not see their class when they log into Moodle, the Student Help Desk is contact with concerns about the student’s registration or fear they have technical problems.
- Go to “Administration: Edit settings” block on the top left of the screen
- The “Edit course setting” screen appears
- “General: Visible” click the drop-down menu and select “Show”
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the “Save changes” button
