GCC Google Information and Training Resources

GCC has researched and is offering a variety of training resources for faculty and staff to get up to speed on using Google Mail and Calendar. Training options will be available on an ongoing basis. We have self-study resources for those interested in learning at their own pace and convenience as well as Google Meet sessions for those interested in more interactive, live training opportunities. Please see below for the current options and links for accessing them.

Live Training Opportunities - Google Meet sessions

GCC IT staff will be available for those who find they need some direction in using Google Workspaces. Check the calendar below for pre-scheduled Google sessions on a variety of topics.

These are intended to be group sessions, those who need assistance with specific tools, or those who would like a one-on-one tutorial are encouraged to contact Gary Ackerman at to schedule a private tutorial.

To join a session, click to open the event on this calendar, then open "More details" to see the button to join the Google Meet. You may want to first click on the Week tab on the top right of the calendar to better see events on each week.

If you do not see the calendar below, click this link to open the calendar.
