Passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis to GCC students, staff, and faculty.<\/p>\n<h2>Physical Passes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced reservations are not available.<\/li>\n<li>Passes must be picked up and returned at the library front desk.<\/li>\n<li>Passes have a seven-day loan period and cannot be renewed.<\/li>\n<li>Lost passes may result in a replacement fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Digital Passes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital museum passes are available only to GCC students, staff, and faculty.<\/li>\n<li>All pass requests must be submitted through the online form.<\/li>\n<li>Approved passes are sent via email.<\/li>\n<li>Each pass is valid only for the single date requested.<\/li>\n<li>Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours and no more than 72 hours in advance of the requested date.<\/li>\n<li>Requests are processed Monday\u2013Friday during regular business hours.<\/li>\n<li>Digital passes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our CWMARS partner libraries also offer museum passes to a wide range of regional museums, historic sites, and other attractions.
