The GCC Math Department has created a series of 15 tests at this site that correspond to the content of our three developmental math classes. Once you complete a test, a study plan is created for you based on your results. My Math Test is a commercial product (not affiliated with GCC), <strong>so it does cost money<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/khanacademy.org\">Khan Academy<\/a>.<\/strong> Khan Academy is a not-for-profit organization; their videos and practice problems are available free of charge (but are not specifically tailored to our three developmental classes).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Study the materials<\/strong> that the math department has put on reserve in the GCC Nahman-Watson library (these materials may be checked out).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Borrow a text book<\/strong> from the Math Studio (N401).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So you need to take a math placement test.
