Directed by GCC faculty member Tom Geha, the student-driven performance features over 25 students, alumni and community members.<\/p>\n<p>Written by Bernard Pomerance, <em>The Elephant Man<\/em> takes place in late 19th century England and is based on the life of Joseph Merrick, whose life was complicated by extreme growths on his body.<\/p>\n<p>The performance schedule is as follows: May 6-7 and May 12-14 at 7:30 p.m., May 8 at 2 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are $10 for the general public and $5 for students and seniors. Reserve tickets at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawksandreed.com\/events\/\">hawksandreed.com<\/a>.
