Shonda's previous roles include CEO of Gravity Switch and Director of Communications at the University of Massachusetts Amherst Honors College. With nearly two decades of experience at Baystate Franklin Medical Center, she currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer\/Director of Patient Care Services, overseeing multiple nursing units and leading initiatives that enhance patient care and safety. Jenni is dedicated to her community and looks forward to contributing her expertise to GCC, a place she credits with launching her successful nursing career.<\/p>\n
