Please refer to the nursing admission policy and requirements at the time of application.<\/p>\n<h3>Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Readmission is contingent upon space availability<\/li>\n<li>Readmission is limited to students who have of\ufb01cially withdrawn from or failed <strong>one nursing semester<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Application for readmission is accepted if no more than two admission cycles have passed since last enrollment<\/li>\n<li>Students will be considered for <strong>one readmission<\/strong> to the program<\/li>\n<li>Students must maintain an overall GCC GPA of 2.0.<\/li>\n<li>If a student repeats a course with a clinical component, they must enroll in both the lecture and clinical sections (e.g., repeating NUR 101C requires taking both 101A and 101C)<\/li>\n<li>Students dismissed for academic integrity or code of conduct violations will not be eligible for readmission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Readmission Application Process<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Students must reapply to Green\ufb01eld Community College if needed and meet all college- and program-speci\ufb01c admission requirements<\/li>\n<li>A student who is seeking readmission to the program must meet the admission policies as published and current at the time the student seeks to retur.<\/li>\n<li>Students who have left the program for any reason and are requesting readmission into the program must submit a letter electronically to the Dean of Nursing that addresses the following:\n<ul>\n<li>The semester you are petitioning to re-enter<\/li>\n<li>The reasons and conditions which led to your withdrawal from the program<\/li>\n<li>Specific nursing education activities and courses that you intend to complete before re-entering the program<\/li>\n<li>A plan that outlines exactly how you intend to ensure your success in the program this time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The student must be up-to-date on program requirements (see program curriculum)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Deadlines<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Applications for readmission must be submitted to the Office of Admission by\n<ul>\n<li><strong>March 1<\/strong> for readmission in the fall semester<\/li>\n<li><strong>October 1<\/strong> for readmission in the spring semester<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":637,"menu_order":6,"template":"","meta":{"_is_vendor_doc":"0","footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"doc_tag":[4595,4594],"class_list":["post-737","docs","type-docs","status-publish","hentry","doc_tag-adn","doc_tag-born"],"comment_count":0,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/docs\/737","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/docs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/docs"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/docs\/737\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":738,"href":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/docs\/737\/revisions\/738"}],"up":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/docs\/637"}],"next":[{"title":"Service Learning","link":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/docs\/handbook\/adn\/academic-clinical\/service-learning\/","href":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/docs\/672"}],"prev":[{"title":"Progression (Grading & Academic Progression)","link":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/docs\/handbook\/adn\/academic-clinical\/progression\/","href":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/docs\/647"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=737"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"doc_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.gcc.mass.edu\/nursing\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/doc_tag?post=737"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
