The faculty fellow in the TLIC leads a variety of efforts to understand teaching. This includes professional development workshops, presentations, and discussions. The center has also facilitate book discussions and virtual campus visits with experts on teaching and learning:

• Darby Flower met with the group discussion Small Teaching Online in October 2022
• James Lang met with the group that discussed Small Teaching in spring 2021
• Brad Hokanson presented o creativity in classrooms in the fall 2021.
