Welcome to the 2021 Annual Art Student Exhibit at Greenfield Community College. The exhibit features student work from the Fall 2020 – Spring 2021 academic year from art courses that were held online due to COVID restrictions. This mode of learning is often challenging for art students and faculty alike and yet the work featured here demonstrates a willingness to try, an ability to succeed and, in some cases, to surpass. I am incredibly proud of the work of our students and faculty, of their dedication and perseverance, of their creativity and imagination, of their critical insights into the world about us. They have risen to the challenge, struggled along the way, failed and picked themselves up again, and these are the fruits of their labors. Please enjoy the exhibit.
