GREENFIELD - The Fostering the Arts and Culture in Franklin County initiative has identified five geographical "hubs" that are to get their own plans for boosting their creative economies. Basically, the goal is for artists and artisans to become better business people. "Franklin County is fantastic, and it's time for the rest of the world to know it," said Diane A.
