Greenfield Community College
The prospect of financing your education can by scary. At GCC, it doesn’t have to be! Our friendly and helpful staff in the Financial Aid Office can answer any questions that you and your family have.

Financial Aid is intended to help students who might not otherwise be able to attend college. Although the primary responsibility for meeting college costs rests with the student and their family, it is recognized that many families have limited resources and are unable to meet the cost of a college education. GCC offers a full array of financial aid programs—grants, work-study, loans & scholarships—to full- and part-time students. We have financial aid available to help you with the cost of education, which includes fees, books, supplies, transportation and childcare.

Important information for FAFSA filers and loan borrowers

The U.S. Department of Education PIN# for accessing FAFSA and other federal financial aid web sites has been replaced by the new FSA ID. All students and parents will need to create an FSA ID in order to access federal financial aid websites. Download a guide to creating a FSA ID, watch our video or learn more at the Federal Student Aid website.

FATV is a tool for learning about financial aid using short easy-to-understand videos. The videos cover many aspects of financial aid and are updated regularly to provide the most up-to-date information possible for students and families. Visit our FATV portal »
