Currently serving as the Interim Dean of Enrollment Management, Patrick has over two decades of leadership experience in higher education. Patrick’s previous role as Assistant Vice President of Enrollment & Student Services at the College of Western Idaho saw him providing leadership for the following departments: Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Advising, Student Services, Student Engagement, Veterans Services, Disabilities Services, Counseling & Wellness and Student Conduct. His higher education experience spans 2- and 4-year institutions, public and private, small and large, faith-based and system-based. His leadership philosophies and practice center around grace, honoring individuals and relationships, and teamwork. Patrick is currently a candidate in Idaho State’s Ed.D. program for higher education administration.
