Click Here for a Video on How to Access Peer Tutoring and What to Expect in an Appointment.

Peer tutoring is a free service that offers students the opportunity to look at how they learn. Students enrolled in a GCC course are welcome to meet individually with peer tutors. In tutoring sessions, students explore ways to study and problem-solve, and they apply these strategies to specific course assignments; tutors also help with course content. In some introductory math and English courses, peer tutors assist students in the classroom.

Appointments are available in person or virtually, in the Peer Tutoring suite, 4th floor core, M-F 9-3:30. Virtual appointments can also be scheduled for evenings and weekends, though requests for evening and weekend appointments must be submitted before 3:30 weekdays.

To make an appointment, use the "Request an Appointment" button to the right of this screen.  A tip sheet on using Google Meet is posted there as well. Questions? Email Peer Tutoring at , call 413-775-1330, or stop by the 4th Floor Core.  We will communicate via phone, text, and GCC email.
