Change Your Gmail Display Name

  • On a desktop computer, open and log into Gmail.
  • Go to (gear icon) → See all settings
  • Click Accounts and Import 
  • Under Send mail as click edit info next to your name/email address
  • Enter the name you want to show when you send messages, then click Save Changes
