Navigate to MyGCC.

• Click "Forgotten your username or password?"
• Enter your GCC username (not your full email address) or your Student ID number and click Search. You will be presented with two (2) of your three (3) security questions you previously set up. Once you answer your security questions, click Next. (If you don't know your username or ID, haven't set up security questions or can't remember the answers, submit a help ticket or call (413) 775-1350.
• An email with a temporary password will be sent to your personal email account
  • Don't have access to the personal email on file? We will need to verify your identity in person or over a video call.
• Use your temporary password to log into MyGCC and change your temporary password before it expires!
