To set up or change your security questions in case you forget your password or are locked out of your account:

• Log into MyGCC
• Navigate to MyAccount → Personal Information → Security Management
• There you can add/remove a personal email address and reset your security questions
• After adding a new personal email address, you will receive an email in that account with a link to verify the account. Once you click on the link, that account will be considered verified for future password resets.
