Greenfield Community College is committed to creating a community that is safe, inclusive, and is focused on a supportive and productive teaching and learning environment. Safety is our priority, so all submitted reports are reviewed and then addressed by the appropriate personnel.

We depend on each other to submit these reports so that resources can be provided to those in need. As we are hoping for a wonderful GCC experience for all members of the campus community every day, we are relying on you to submit reports to help us understand how to support the best possible outcome for everyone listed in each report.

Report Academic Dishonesty

Academic dishonesty is any type of cheating, plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of data, deception of an instructor by providing false information for missing an exam or deadline, or claiming to have submitted coursework when you know you have not.

Report a Violation of the Student Code of Conduct

Greenfield Community College strives to maintain a learning environment that enhances the academic, intellectual, cultural and social enrichment of its students, faculty, staff and the community at large. To ensure that no member of the College community is deprived of this collegiate environment, student rights and responsibilities are clearly stated and behavior and discipline codes have been established in the Student Code of Conduct.

Report Sexual Assault, Bias, Harassment or Discrimination

For violations of GCC’s Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity and Title IX policies. Sexual misconduct includes gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault  or stalking behaviors. If you believe that you have been harassed or discriminated against based on your sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity; race, color, national origin; religion, creed; age; disability; or based on membership in any other class protected by law or by the College’s Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity and Diversity Policy you may file a complaint with the College. Likewise, you may file a complaint if you believe you have been retaliated against for reporting harassment or discrimination or for cooperating in an investigation concerning the same. These policies apply to all employees and students.

Report a General Student Concern

The Behavioral Intervention Team is a campus resource charged with responding to reports of concerning behavior on campus. The team receives information from the College community regarding individuals who may be at risk and/or who are displaying concerning behavior—then determines what, if any, action needs to be taken in order to intervene to support the best possible outcome for the individual.
